Phil Foden is one of the starlet in this Manchester City’s youth academy who have the potential to make it to the very top in this game. After the end of the under 17 World Cup, Phil Foden was included in Pep Guardiola’s starting XI for the game against Celtic in UEFA Champions League. But he didn’t get the chance to play in the match. He made his Manchester City debut against Feyenoord in the Champions League.

Foden also holds a record of starting a match as an youngest English footballer in the Champions League against Shakhtar Donetsk. Foden made several appearances in the League Cup for Manchester City. He has also featured in three Premier League matches for the club.
The right-footed midfielder’s ball-control ability and passing quality is better than the other players of his age group. He can also be given the role of a ‘playmaker’ in the team.
